When will I receive my order?
Your order should arrive 5-10 days after your purchase.
If you order more than 1 item, to ensure you get your items as quickly as possible, you may receive items separately. If items are sent separately you will receive tracking information for each item.
Will I be able to track my order?
Yes - once a package is processed/fulfilled & on its way, tracking info is sent directly to your email. Please allow tracking info to be sent 2-4 business days (Mon-Fri) after you order from us. Every order is made to order, please allow the item to be made and packaged & tracking info will be provided.
PLEASE NOTE: If you place an order after 12PM (CT) Central time - your order will begin processing & fulfillment the following business day. (Mon-Fri)
EXAMPLE:
- Day 0 - Wednesday - placed order @5PM
- Day 1 - Thursday - Processing
- Day 2 - Friday - Fulfilling
- (Sat & Sun) - OFF
- Day 3 - Monday - Fulfilling
- Days 4 - Tuesday - Fulfilled & tracking info provided
- Day5 - 8 Shipping & Delivery
- 10 DAYS total to receive package in this example.
If you place an order on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, allow 2-4 business days starting on Monday for your tracking info to be provided. You can always view order details before tracking info is sent in your order confirmation email that you received once your order was placed.
Once your tracking number is provided, Sin Pena is not responsible for lost packages, delayed delivery, or any other issues that arise once your order leaves the warehouse.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Exchanges will be issued for the below:
- Received the wrong item. Wrong color, size, model/print etc.
- Product arrived damaged or in poor quality.
**** Returned products - WE ONLY SHIP FREE TO YOU - RETURN SHIPPING TO BE PAID AT CUSTOMERS EXPENSE, UNLESS ITEMS ARRIVED DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRINT, COLOR/SIZE. BABY & TODDLER CLOTHING CANNOT BE RETURNED.
**** Refunds and exchanges can be issued if products arrive incorrectly/damaged.
I received a wrong/damaged item what now?
contact us via our contact us page within 14 days of having received your order to correct the issue. Help is not guaranteed after 14 days or if items have been used/worn.
How do I cancel an order?
Orders can be cancelled if they have not yet been printed/fulfilled. Once they are printed/fulfilled orders cannot be cancelled. Every order is made to order. Please visit our contact us page to get the status of your order and to see if cancellation is possible.
