Your order should arrive 5-10 days after your purchase.
SHIPPING & TRACKING:
Once your package is on its way, tracking info is sent directly to your email. Please allow tracking info to be sent 2-4 business days (Mon-Fri) after you order from us. Every order is made to order, please allow the item to be processed, fulfilled & packaged & tracking info will be provided.
PLEASE NOTE: If you place an order after 12PM (CT) Central time - your order will begin processing & fulfillment the following business day. (Mon-Fri)
PLEASE NOTE: If you place an order on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, allow 2-4 business days (Mon-Fri) starting on Monday for your tracking info to be provided. You can always view order details before tracking info is sent in your order confirmation email that you received once your order was placed.
Once your tracking number is provided, Sin Pena is not responsible for lost packages, delayed delivery, or any other issues that arise once your order leaves the warehouse.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
Exchanges will be issued for the below:
- Received the wrong item. Wrong color, size, model/print etc.
- Product arrived damaged or in poor quality.
